PROBLEMS PROCESSING YOUR ORDER?
- If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. It is most likely an issue with your billing zip/postal code. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the issue).
- If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser.
- If your ordering from outside the U.S. we highly suggest using Paypal or google wallet for check out.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Any unopened product can be returned or exchanged for store credit within 7 business days of delivery. Please notify us through firstname.lastname@example.org or submit a return form within those 7 days to return or exchange an item. We offer free returns for US residents but for International customers you will be subject to pay the shipping fees to send the watch back. Please make sure you receive a return authorization number before returning the product. Returns maybe refused if RA# is not included.

HOW DO I FIND AN ITEM THAT IS UNAVAILABLE ON THE MEISTER ONLINE STORE?
Please use the Dealer Locator from our websites main menu to search for local dealers in your area, and for online dealers. A local dealer may have the item you are looking for in stock. You can also call our Service Center at 909-444-1177 and we can let you know when an item is expected to be restocked.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED FROM THE MEISTER ONLINE STORE?
All web returns must be claimed within 7 days of the date of receipt. All returned products must be in original, unopened, & resalable condition, identical to the condition that it was received in, with all original documentation, boxes, etc. Customers also have the option to receive 100% store credit for a returned item not including shipping charges.
